I can't stop staring at our countertops from Polycor Natural Stone! The veining, the depth and beauty of Natural Stone—it cannot be matched! We chose ALBERENE SOAPSTONE™ for the perimeter and GEORGIA MARBLE™ – PEARL GREY with a honed finish for the Island. Now that the kitchen is functional (and beautiful!), I can’t wait to make family meals and bake treats on the weekends.

It’s really coming together and feels like a real kitchen now. You can see some of the transformation in this blog post. It’s crazy to think about how far it has come!

The way the soapstone pairs with the Rockford Estate Blend(R) thin stone veneer in Indiana Limestone by Polycor on the range surround is perfection. I love this stone so much and every time I show it I’m asked about it. As an interior designer and a hardwood flooring company owner, nothing compares to natural materials and this limestone is one of my favorites. It is locally quarried Indiana stone and was used to build many iconic buildings in the US including the Biltmore Mansion and the National Cathedral. How cool that the same stone is in my house?!

Happy days are here again in this kitchen with plentiful natural light, efficient workspaces and the most gorgeous countertops from Polycor Slabs & Tiles.

We used GEORGIA MARBLE™ – PEARL GREY from Polycor Natural Stone in the laundry room as the countertop for this often used built in. I’m so happy we’re staying organized in one of the busiest rooms of our home. And that countertop makes laundry day easy on the eyes.

I’m so grateful for this space and often think back to the laundry folding table in our last house, aka our dining room table.

That GEORGIA MARBLE™ – PEARL GREY elevates this space and keeps me from letting too much laundry pile up!

Working with Polycor Natural Stone was a breeze and the selection is jaw dropping.

We also used GEORGIA MARBLE™ – PEARL GREY in the primary bath. The way that it complements the unlaquered brass faucets and white oak cabinets is the look I was after. For so many months, we lived with a utility sink in our demo’ed primary bath, so sometimes I have to pinch myself and remember this is actually my primary bath now!

One of the things I appreciate most about this marble is that it grounds the space with the timeless beauty of marble, yet keeps the room light, airy and updated (without being trendy). The variation and veining in the marble is just right.

In Cline’s bathroom, we used ALBERENE SOAPSTONE™ on the vanity from Polycor Natural Stone. It perfectly suited this space. You can see more about Cline’s bathroom here.

We used GEORGIA MARBLE™ – PEARL GREY in the boys’ bathroom and we love it against those moody green walls!
